If you’re supporting a young person with OCD we just want to start by saying we understand how difficult it is to watch our young ones suffer, but please know that you are not alone by any stretch. There is a lot of relevant information around to help you, and this site hopes to help you make sense of it.

You are currently in the Young People’s section of Taming Olivia - here you will find information related to helping young people navigate OCD. Please take a good look around and see what’s here to support both you and your young person.

The main section of Taming Olivia’s site is geared towards adults navigating OCD. There, you will find a wide range of information about OCD and OCD recovery, including information not covered in the Youth section, so please take a good look around there, too. Please note that the main site may not be suitable for your young person. If you’d like them to access the information on the main site, please check it out first or sit with them while they explore, as some of the content may be distressing.

Everything we do at Taming Olivia is designed to lessen the load of those experiencing OCD, and those walking beside them, so if you would like to see a specific blog or piece of information that isn’t up yet please email me at catherine@tamingolivia.com and I’ll do my best to get that gap filled.

Sending you loads of love, strength and hope,

Catherine xx
