It’s quite tricky writing about OCD for young people as some of the discussions, especially those surrounding intrusive thoughts, can feel quite grown up. On the other hand, OCD is often helped by learning as much about the condition as possible, so we find ourselves in a bit of an in-between spot. If you’re a young person visiting this space, or an adult walking alongside one, please take a moment to read our letter to you. It’s just a gentle note to help you find what you need here, and to make sure this little corner of the internet feels safe and helpful.
